PrePro Video

Apparently, I'm making up for a low-blog week...
Here's a video of some of last week's highlights with Caedmon's in preproduction. I'm new to iMovie, so forgive the editing. Also, I felt bad about the fake clip I posted last week (even though I still think it was funny...) so I put a little bit more of a new song on here than I probably should. Enjoy...

freaking brilliant and awesome... I absolutely am excited as charlie in the chocolate factory... that had no meaning...
... and I don't know if you noticed of if I'm going crazy... but it seems things on the website get smaller as I go down on the page.
ella has some pretty impressive drumming skills!!
Here I was joking about doing a song in 11/8 and you go and write a song in 7! The prog rock geeks will almost love you now.
Is that the new Visual Sound amp? How is it?
Ella playing drums, new amp, and a song in 7... what a week!!
Randall sang us a couple verses of that song at a house show in Iowa a couple of weeks ago... dang, that's gonna be good.
And heck, what's so hard about 7/4? Doesn't the end of Go Down, Moses use 7/4 for a while? Maybe it'll be easier after you guys do the Christmas tour. :-)
(We'll miss you when we see AP in Omaha next week!)
Did my ears fail me or was someone playing Mr. Brownstone about halfway through that clip?
7/4, that's cool. I would also like to hear some 7/16 (like The Pretenders "Tatooed Love Boys") or 12/8 (like "This Boy" by the Beatles), time signatures are fun.
Sniff... I can't see anything!
But if that is a VS Workhorse- tell me how it is! And where I can get one.
:cackle: I love you for that, you big goofball.
Sufjan did a song in 17/4 on the Avalanche.
I think the song might need to be called 5,6,7.
And the little noises at the end....loved em.
Rock on drummin' daughter.
Sufjan is the balls.
For some reason my two-year-old was enthralled with this video; she cried when I turned it off after the third time thru.
Have you considered auditioning for The Wiggles?
