Well, I just had an incredible weekend out with Jars of Clay. I've been filling in for the great Steve Mason while he and his wife are waiting on their new baby to arrive.
I hopped on the bus at midnight Wednesday night, and LITERALLY 24 HOURS LATER, we got to the show in New Hampshire.
My good friend and neighbor Christopher Williams was up there and found me a slot on a small sidestage, so I could play a few of my tunes while waiting for the Jars show later that night.
Jars ended up being late for an acoustic performance scheduled the night we arrived, so we shared the set. It was packed out and super fun.
This was the crowd.

Later, we played our mainstage set and it started pouring like crazy. We played through it and, though one of my pedals may never work again, it was some of the most fun I've had playing music in a while. Here's a video...
Last night we played in Abingdon, VA and last minute I got to open the show. So fun. Sadly, I only had two CDs in my backpack, but hopefully I made some new friends and supporters anyway.
I have a few more Jars shows, in New Mexico, Indiana and California, that you can find on the Tour page, then it's back to the studio for a couple of EPs and then off to space with Leonard!!
