EP Review

ChristianityToday.com just posted a great review of Letters to the Editor, Vol. 1. You can read the review HERE.

And if you want to send them an email to thank them for reviewing me, the link is up at the top right of their page. It lets them know people appreciate music like mine being covered, and I'd appreciate that very much. Thanks!

Great article...hopefully it introduces folks to your music. "Swing Wide the Glimmering Gates is one of the finest Osenga has written since The Normals." Indeed, it's my favorite track on the EP--but I think there have been many fine tracks from the Normals until now...

Wow - I never would've looked to Christianity Today for music reviews, but they definitely got this one right, and I think they also hit the nails on the head with Future of Forestry and Parker Theory. Nice!

I've been reading Christianity Today's website for their reviews every week for a couple of years now. When I first explored the site I, too, was surprised to find them to be thoughtful, theological and musical in their critiques. The reviewers don't just give everything a great review because it's "Christian," something that's hard to find in a Christian publication. I rarely disagree with a review. The fact that they gave this EP (and The Morning)such a great review just proves this! Congrats, Andy!

Uhmm... One more thing... I haven't paid for the EP. It's not like I have a zip or live in a US state when I'm living in Norway, so I get kind of confused. I'll soon move to Minneapolis, though (studying), and I PROMISE I'll buy(!) your "The Morning" cd then. I may even understand how to make a donation...;)
