A whole lot of shows coming up...

Big news, friends! I'm officially announcing that I'll be a part of a short tour with my friend Derek Webb at the end of April/early May. I'll be playing guitar for him, along with old pals Cason Cooley on bass/keys and Paul Eckberg on drums. I'll also be playing a short set of my own tunes. Alli Rogers will be opening.

I've also got a couple solo shows, one local, and a few Caedmon's shows. Here's the schedule for the next month or so. I'd love to see as many of you out there as possible. Thanks for supporting me and my friends making music!

Dear Mr. Andrew Osenga,

Please come back to Champaign, IL. We miss you. If you come I'll rally a full-house for you. We'll all throw some "What whats" and have a good time.

Sincerely,
Matt

PS - Please come in the fall as I'll be in Colorado all summer. Thank you.

That'll be a tight little band. That's sweet, dude. It's so sweet that I won't even complain about not getting to see any of those shows. And ... yeah, glad you have a Nashville show on the docket. Been missing the AO in Nashvegas, dude.

I'll try to get those dates listed in all the good places when I can. I'm barely treading water right now...

There's a typo here, buddy. .... there's... there's no 'Seattle, WA' up there....

I guess, if Seattle was on the East, that'd make sense... stink.

AO in Tomball with band! I can barely contain myself.

So, this means your 4/29 Des Moines, IA show is canceled? Bummer. And seriously, you're going to play in Dubuque, IA at 3 PM and then get to VA to play at 8 PM that same evening? Have they invented teleportation and I missed it?

I am totally psyched about you playing in Tomball (only about 10 minutes from the house). Are you taking request yet for the show?

This is especially important given the dream i had last night. You were playing with Derek and Matthew smith and for some reason i was the emcee. It was really weird, because it was at Belmont. But the closest i've ever been to belmont is bongo java. We've already reserved 4 tickets for the Lynchburg show. Bring some merch. I gotta get some wedding gifts and this is a perfect alibi.

cool. see you in Lynchburg.

So, awesome. I guess that means you will be about 1/4 of a mile down the street from my office then on May 1st. Wouldn't miss the show.

Nice run of shows man. I am pumped that things are heating up for you. Keep it running!

Thanks for coming to NW Arkansas that is great!

Oh wait, nevermind...

Finally! AndyO within a 2 hour drive of my house! Sweet!

MANCHESTER! I'm THERE WITH MY GREEN SHIRT!

Andy,
I cannot believe you are coming to Tomball and I will be out of town that weekend. The drive from Houston to Tomball is like 30 minutes. Man that stinks.

Also, it is no bueno because Derek is playing that same night in Khema so folks in Houston are going to have to flip a coin on whether they want to travel North or South that evening

You had better make it back down here again soon!!!

I'll fourth the opinion that AO tomball is incredible.

I am sad to hear that derek will also be playing that weekend.. means i can't go to both.

There's something deeply ironic, yet glorious about a Derek Webb/Andrew Osenga tour. Part of me now has hope to hold out for a Caedmon's tour like the Van Halen tour that featured Sammy Hagar and David Lee Roth, except much cooler, and with a lot less hair.

Since you're in Rochester w/Caedmon's on the 20th, I take it you won't be at Derek Webb's show at Toccoa Falls College on the 21st? If you are gonna be at the college show, let me know. Otherwise, I might see if I can get to Jacksonville on May 2nd...

SWEET! I'll be seeing you and Derek at the Vienna, VA show on April 29th at Jammin' Java. I'll make sure to say hello. :)

It is great seeing that you have booked so many shows this spring. It does stink though that you had to cancle your Cup O Joy show in Green Bay. I wa slooking forwards to seeing you.
