need your help

I'd love to get some help on an idea. I want to offer one of my new songs as a free mp3 all over the web. I would provide a small graphic and its html code and post it all over, and ask you to help me post it in the places you have access to, as well.
So I have two questions:
1. would you guys be willing to help me out like that?
2. of the songs you've heard (the four I've posted here and on myspace, or a song you've heard live...) which song do you think would be the best one to share?
If people get exposed to my music through only one of my new songs, what's the best foot forward? I guess it's sort of like picking a radio single, except without the radio aspect or the label to help make the decision. Hence, I'm asking your opinion. Thanks so much for your help!
Oh, and does this seem like a good idea to you?

I would def be willing ot help out....
My personal choice as far as songs is "Early in the Morning". That song has been stuck in my head here recently. But, that is just my humble opinion..
1. yes
2. I like "After the Garden"
You have a great idea, and I think you should share "Santa Barbara." Of course, this is partly because I want to put it on my mp3 player and blast it as a I drive down the highway. Seriously, though, I think it's a good introduction to your new album because it seems like it will have more of an electric feel, and SB definitely has an electric feel to it.
I would post it in my blog. You should use After The Garden.
I, too, will vote for After The Garden.
I like the idea. I'd post a link on my blog, and several of my friends would probably do the same.
I think you should use "After the Garden." I think it has a better hook than 'Santa Barbara,' and it's' also a minute and a half shorter--which will be meaningful to anyone downloading the song--especially if they have a slow connection.
Personally, my favorite song is "Santa Barbara" or "New Beginning". also, did you get my email about changing my mailing address? I emailed you twice but didnt get a reply or haven't seen my name posted on your online list. thanks.

Dude....Santa Barbara rocks my face off. That's my vote! By the way, the video you posted of the making of "the morning" was really great. I must have sent that link to 30 people (all of whom are Andy fans....or at least they should be!).
I like "After the Garden" I think it would be a good fit for people who are new to your music.
I would post it at our coffeehouse's website and blog and some friends would do the same, I like the idea a lot.
I would definitely spread the love to me and mine, through my blog & some serious email blitz (err... to like 10 ppl ...)
Personally, my vote goes with "Santa Barbara" ... definitely stands apart from your other solo stuff & really has a fun vibe. Of course, I'm not opposed to "After the Garden" or "early in the morning" for a slower approach (that song is ALWAYS stuck in my head...)

Early in the Morning is my favorite, but I agree that After the Garden is the best choice for this.
Well the early in the morning cut on the record is just gorgeous...but...that's one of the record's biggest selling points...
"Santa Barbara" or "White Dove."
EARLY IN THE MORNING
It's one of the best songs I've ever heard...ever!
I'd love to help out!
My personal choice would be "Daddy's Girl". Can't wait to hear the new version with the added Ankle Jelly harmonies...
My personal favorite is Early In the Morning or New Beginning. I would probably post it in my blog or another place if I can think of any.
Early in the Morning or After the Garden would be my top 2 choices. Although, I love them all.
"Santa Barbara" would be a great "single" for the web. After that, I'd say "After the Garden" would be good, too.
Early in the Morning
then
Santa Barbara
then
New Beginning
I'd say Santa Barbara shows a more of a "median" for the album. If someone likes Santa Barbara they'll like the whole album. If someone liked either Early in the Morning or After The Garden (two extremes), then that may not really show them what Andrew is like overall. Maybe I'm just thinking too hard.
Im debating between Santa Barbara and After the Garden. After the Garden has the catchiest Guitar riffs at least in my opinion, and I think its one that grabs you quick, and grows on you more. Santa Barbara has a nice driving song kinda feel, so that too would be a great one to give off free, since people do listen to music alot in thier car. So Im torn, but I will add the HTML to my Myspace, and post it on my College & Career groups website. Either way, I think both songs would be FANTASTIC downloads. Keep on rockin bro See you tomorrow in Waterford, MI!
hey andy, im not sure if my emails are getting through to you. hm, well here's the new address:
430 Griffin Road
Lookout Mountain, GA 30750
thanks
After the Garden is your radio friendly bet, but House of Mirrors is the best out of the four in my opinion.
I hope all is well, man. I'm willing to help you out in any way possible!
Blessings.
Zach
I'd love to post it on my blogs and message board and on and on.
Great idea.
btw, did I miss this somewhere? Are you offering Morning for download anywhere? iTunes? Have you checked out tunecore? They'll get it to iTunes for you...for a fee. Lemme know. You're the ginuea pig I'll copy like crazy in a few months. I went indie officially last week. Don't whether to Yeehaw! or cry some days. I'm watching you to find out.

It looks like I'm going to be the lone vote for "The Longing". For me your music is about deep introspective truth that throws some paint on the invisible man. You younger siblings may not know what analogy I'm drawing here. In "The Invisible Man" movies, the only way to make him visible was to douse him with some liquid. That is what your music does for me.
Aren't we all trying to find our inner man? Am I the only one that finds this amazingly difficult. I love Paul's prayer for the Ephesians when he asks that our inner man be able to grasp the amazing love of God. He said"to know this love surpasses knowledge", and knowing this love can fill us to the brim and beyond.
I like all the songs, but "The Longing" blows me away with what it conveys and captures. Blessings, m
