drums - day 1

Well, day 1 of drums and bass went incredibly well. We did three songs: "After The Garden", "House of Mirrors" and "Trying to Get This Right". Will Sayles played kit and Jeff Irwin played bass. Shane Wilson brought a ton of his gear down here to the ol' Velvet Eagle and we're getting sounds here I never imagined. Right now, Tuesday morning, we're doing a song called "White Dove" which is definitely the most drum-instense tune of the batch, it might end up with three kits when all is said and done. It's going great, and I'm in heaven getting to finally bring these songs to life. And they're recording again so I should go. I'll post some pictures later today. Later.
