I was going to be a High School English teacher before I became a musician.  That bug to share the things I've learned is still pretty strong in me, and I've found that I really enjoy speaking about what I love.

Songwriting seminars involve me talking about the writing process, record production, how to create deadlines and make yourself finish what you start, as well as general music business Q&A.  

Depending on the size of the event we can sometimes also critique participant's songs.

These are really fun, community-building gatherings.  It's great to watch people connect with others right down the street who have the same passions.

Typically, it works really well to pair these events with an Andy O show the night of or before.

I'm also available to speak to college or high school classes about any of these topics.
